Photos & lot details come in
We start from the real auction listing — the photos and the lot data from Copart, IAAI or OpenLane. Nothing here is scraped: it is the same information a buyer legitimately sees on the auction page.

AI reads the damage and the VIN
AI vision goes through the photos, maps visible damage onto vehicle zones and drafts a field report. In parallel, the VIN is decoded against NHTSA vPIC and manufacturer data for the real specs. Findings are qualitative and clearly flagged as an aid, not a certified inspection.

The landed cost is built up
On top of the auction bid we stack buyer fees, shipping via the Rotterdam route, customs, and an AI-estimated repair cost. The result is the true cost of the car parked in Bulgaria — every leg labelled, estimates marked as estimates.
