   Choosing a car from the US or Canada

   Everything starts with your preferences. We pin down the model, model year, engine, equipment, mileage, acceptable condition and overall budget you want.

   You can send us a link to a car you've already found, or hand the search to our team. We pick suitable options from established auctions, dealers and car platforms in the US and Canada.

   We don't just aim for the lowest price. Our goal is to find a car with a good balance of price, condition, history and expected import costs.

2. 02

   VIN check and individual offer

   Before we recommend a purchase, we run a detailed check on the chosen car. We analyze the VIN, its available history, prior damage, service records, reported mileage, photos and the information from the seller or the auction.

   Where possible, we use specialized reports like Carfax and AutoCheck. We check whether the visible damage matches the description and whether the car is suitable for repair and registration.

   After the check you get an individual offer with an estimated final price, covering the main costs of the purchase, transport, customs clearance and delivery. We explain every line item so you can make an informed decision.

3. 03

   Buying the car and payment

   Once you approve the car and the offer, we organize bidding at the auction or negotiating with the seller. We set the maximum amount we can bid up front, and we don't go past it without your explicit consent.

   If the bid succeeds, we handle payment for the car and the required fees. We prepare the deal's paperwork and make sure it's issued correctly.

   Throughout this stage you get clear information about payments made and the next steps.

4. 04

   Inland transport to the port

   After the purchase the car has to be picked up from the auction, the dealership or the seller's address. We organize inland transport to the chosen port of departure.

   The price and timeline depend on the car's location, the distance to the port and its condition. A running car can be transported one way, while one with serious damage or locked wheels may need specialized equipment.

   We track the move and let you know once the car is received at the port or logistics yard.

5. 05

   Ocean freight of the car to Europe

   After arriving at the port the car is prepared for ocean freight to Europe. Depending on the specific case it may travel in a container or by another suitable method.

   We organize the booking, loading and the required transport documentation. Once it sails, we provide shipment information and track its progress to the European port.

   The delivery time depends on the departure port, the route, the shipping line, weather conditions and how busy the ports are. If the schedule changes, we let you know promptly.

6. 06

   Customs clearance, duties and taxes

   Once the car reaches Europe, the release and customs clearance process begins. We prepare the required documents and help calculate and pay the applicable duties, taxes, port and administrative fees.

   The cost depends on the purchase value, transport, the type of car, its origin and the requirements in force at the time of import.

   The upfront offer gives a clear ballpark figure, and once the car arrives we provide the final costs based on the actual documents and charges.

7. 07

   Delivery and registration of the car in Bulgaria

   Once released from customs we organize transport of the car to Bulgaria. On request it can be delivered to our base, a chosen service shop, or directly to an address you specify.

   We can also help with the next steps needed — repair, technical preparation, the roadworthiness inspection (Technotest), adapting to European requirements, translating and assembling the documents, insurance and KAT registration.

   Our job ends when the car is ready to be used, not just when it's unloaded off the car carrier.
